We offer hosting accounts specially tailored to suit the needs of small businesses and non-profit organizations that do not have large budgets, IT departments, or tech-savvy support staff. We can either set up recurring monthly charges or bill you once a year, according to what is most convenient for you. Rather than just selling you a hosting package that you have to figure out or pay someone to manage, we do most of the account management for you, freeing up your time to focus on the important work of your business or organization. Basic hosting accounts as described below are on a shared server, and more specialized, dedicated services are available. Personalized services: We handle management of all of the email accounts for your domain, including account creation and deletion, forwarding to other accounts, and helping people learn how to access and use their email accounts. If you are bringing a new staff person on board, send us an email and a new account will be set up within 48 hours. For each of our hosting clients we create an email tutorial, made available online for download, or viewable on your own website. Each hosting account includes the creation of one account named support@[yourdomain], which anyone in your business or organization can use to communicate your needs to us.

We do not charge a set up fee, and will help you move your site to our hosting package, or work with your site developer to get a new site up and running.
